Mode Comfort & Air Quality

Nick McMann was very friendly and personable. He did a great job installing my LG split HVAC. He took the time to explain everything involving the installation and also explained all the features of unit. I will definitely use Mode for all future service needs!

We were able to book an appointment within a few days, the guys showed up in the timeframe given, and got the job done quickly and well! They were friendly, good with dogs, and very knowledgeable. Gave us some tips for keeping everything running smoothly and specific details for how our units were operating/where they’re at now. We’ll be calling them back in the spring when we need our next maintenance visit and to address the small things they saw that aren’t issues now, but could be during the summer. Don’t have much comparison for costs in this area, but it was reasonable for what they did and the prices quoted for future work also seemed great.

Jason did a thorough investigation of my heat pump and stayed 3x as long as the previous contractor I had come out. The previous contractor recommended over 4.5k in repairs the whole experience felt dishonest to me. I decided to pay outside of my warranty to have honest company come out. Jason saved me a lot of money because turns out nothing is wrong with my unit other than is running the best it can for being 20 years old and gave us helpful recommendations to maintain our heat. I will be calling comfort air in the future for any problems

We always have exceptional service when we work with mode. They installed our HVAC system when our old one died, and we are so glad we went with Mode. They are always quick to come out if we need, or answer a question on the phone. Mode is an excellent company to work with!!

From the initial phone call to the main office to the technician arriving at my home everyone was courteous, polite and very professional in helping me with my heat crisis. Jason the technician called when he was in route and was there in the timeframe as promised. Jason had a partner working with him ( forgive me for not remembering his name) but they were both very professional and listened to my problem and began troubleshooting the issues and had my unit back up and running in no time. It was obvious that these technicians had great experience and knew exactly what to look for, as they performed checks on the machine after the problem was resolved, it gave me great satisfaction and peace of mind not wondering what else may go wrong.
