Awesome service! I'm a landlord and they have come to my property the same day of a snow storm, helped me troubleshoot over the phone (saving me the cost of a service call) and given me quotes for upcoming maintenance needed so I can budget. Their prices are very affordable and I couldn't ask for quicker responses from the most helpful employees!

Okay so I’ve never made a review wasn’t sure how. This is the third time I’m trying this. I called to get my furnace serviced. I asked would they service mobile homes? She told me not unless they have serviced it in the past. I asked without being sarcastic how can you not service mobile homes unless you have in the past? She said well we have tried with mobile homes but several people haven’t paid. So I’m being told if you live in a mobile home we don’t think you can afford us. I made the comment of if I were them I’d ask for the payment up front and proceeded to hang up before I got more upset. Either way I was told to check with them and felt they are judging because of the type of place I own.

No return phone call for requested quote. Amended Review: The above comment from me was done in haste and without a follow-up call by me which is my usual way. Jason called after reading the initial comment. He apologized. I requested and he gave me the quote I wanted. I selected the system I wanted. They did a great job installing a heat pump (Ryan and Brandon) to work with my gas furnace. They were responsive to my personal preferences by having their technician Justin come to the house twice. I appreciate the "home town" treatment I received from the whole team. Jason made every effort to satisfy my questions and requirements before and after the sale / installation. We have been with Modern Air for years and we have always been so happy with their service and professionalism. Their technicians are kind, explain what they are doing in customer friendly terms, and provide genuine advice on the health of our units—they will not try to sell you something just to make a buck! When we have had emergencies they are quick to respond, but these rarely happen because they are so thorough with their check ups! Highly, highly recommend!

The team at Modern Air is amazing. My AC quit working this summer and they did a great job getting the problem assessed. The service man gave me an honest response to the issue and the best way to get it fixed. Turned out that my at least 30 year old AC unit needed to be replaced. Jason called gave me an estimate for the total cost for the job to be completed. Thankfully he has a dedicated team that is willing to put in some extra hours to get me up and running. Clint did a great job and when he noticed an issue with the new unit he was installing he explained the issue and went to get a different one. I have worked with other companies in the past that would have tried to "fix" my old unit costing me $$$ along the way and then inform me that a new unit needed by put in. Thank you
