Modern Air Mechanical

Our A/C went out yesterday and the first company we called was Modern Air. Despite a scheduling error (we were told someone would arrive at 8 am today but the person we spoke to yesterday didn’t input our appointment into the system), We were able to have two technicians arrive at 9. I was really impressed with George’s ability to get straight to the point on what needed to be done and took care of us in a professional manner. If I were the owner of this company, I’d give George a big raise, he knows how to take care of customers. He’s the reason why this review is 5 stars

This was our second regular service call after our initial installation and it was just like the previous ones- excellent! They were prompt and efficient. The service tech was friendly and quickly got the job done. I am very happy with their personnel in the office who were also very pleasant to speak with as we arranged the appointment to fit into our schedule. I highly recommend Modern Air for installation, repair and maintenance of your A/C system and will continue to call on them for our system needs.

10/10 experience with Modern Air. They saved me thousands of dollars and will be calling them again for any A/C services. They work with honesty. I had another business before them attempt to tell me my commercial A/C unit was damaged beyond repair. They claimed unit wasn’t passing coolant and needed a whole new unit which averages $10,000. I called Modern Air for another opinion and their technician fixed my unit in under 30 minutes. He reported that my unit was passing coolant just fine and it was a simple fuse that wasn’t working so he simply replaced it and boom! My unit doesn’t need to be replaced and will last me for a long time! I highly recommend this business to everyone!!

Modern air is the absolute BEST! WE had ZERO issues. They quoted us last year and came back this April. They did a quick once over and adjusted the quote to reflect 2022. The price to replace our AC, furnace, and all NEW duct work was such a steal! The employees came on time everyday and the projected completion time was also met. The crew was extremely respectful and really took care of us. From the receptionist, to the crew, and we can’t forget supervisor Miguel. Literally so so thankful for this company. Purchasing a new AC can be a pretty hectic process especially for it being your first time, I promise you, modern air will live up to your expectations.
