Exceptional service. We made an appointment; he called when he was on his way and arrived in a timely manner (Copperfield). Very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the details, explained what was going on and made repairs. I would highly recommend for anyone needing their systems checked out or repaired. Also, I will be switching my heating and air conditioning annual maintenance to them. With that, I want to add of all the companies I have used over the years Modern Air of Katy has been the best.

Charles assisted us with an ac inspection on our new house. We recently had some issues with the ac due to critters getting to the wires and he was able to come out timely and helped us fix it at a reasonable price! He’s very personable, works within your budget while giving great advice. We’re very happy to have found him and will use him for all our ac needs. Thank you, Charles!

I am so glad we found Mr. Charles. He is very well experienced (20+ years), fast, efficient and honest. We did not sense that he was trying to add extra services for more money. He was reasonably priced and recommended what we needed to get fixed. We have noticed our AC not working the day I had just brought home our newborn baby. Thankfully he was able to come the same day and refilled the freon. He addressed that we actually had a leak, and would need a full replacement so the freon was temporary but it was enough to keep us cooled in the mean time. He credited the freeon replacement towards the AC replacement once we agreed to move forward with the replacement and got right to work! It was getting colder in Houston so when I turned on my heater and I started hearing a buzzing sound, I wanted to get it fixed as soon I could. I found Modern Air with Google's help and Charles was able to come out the same day to diagnose the problem and get it repaired quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable and best of all, affordable. I will definitely give him a call back if something breaks again.
