Our tech Cesar was incredible at diagnosis and quick repair for our broken heater system. He was thorough with an issue which required warranty communication, ordered all parts and did two installs fixing the system within a few days. For me, modern air solutions is truly a blessing, from my first call in and speaking with Tiffany I could feel it in her voice how she loves the company she works for modern air solutions, I told her how I've been took advantage of for the last 10 years that I've been in Florida, buy an AC company called Asuperior, she assured me I'd be happy with modern air solutions, I was talked into purchasing a new $7,500 AC unit from A superior having it only 2 years. The blower motor went out. They charged me $125 to come out, The blower motor is under warranty and free but their installation charge for labor was $1,000 Tiffany had Torace come out immediately, they usually have a $90 fee The owner of modern air solutions said no charge. He just wanted to make sure the unit was actually broken, The
