I had an excellent experience with Modern Appliance Repair Services! RJ and Matt were extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue with my dryer within minutes and were able to special order the part that I needed that wasn’t available locally. Within a matter of days, they were back and fixing the issue so that I could continue to do laundry. It’s really hard to find trustworthy Folks who feel a sense of urgency to get your appliances back on track. I can’t recommend these guys enough, thank you so much for your services and I’ll definitely be calling you in the future the next time something breaks. What a great pair of guys! They gave new life to my dryer and new life to a freezer that kept leaking all over my floor. They were clean, timely and fun. Highly recommend.

Called Modern Appliance to check my Magtag washer that wasn't working. They came the same day. Matt and R.J. were very professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the many problems right away. They offered to make all the repairs but in the end it was going to be cheaper to just invest in a new washer. They offered suggestions for the best washing machines on the market. Which was very helpful to me in making a new purchase. They even returned to pick up my non working machine for parts which saved me a haul away fee. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing appliance repairs.

These guys are great!!!. Called about my dryer and they were able to get to me that evening. Ended up being my electrical breaker instead of the dryer but they were able to fix that. Said they had replaced a kitchen sink yesterday so apparently they can fix anything — including the kitchen sink. They were very professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They had my dryer up and running in just a matter of minutes and at a very reasonable cost, too. I am so glad to have found these guys. I know who I’ll be calling for all my repairs.

Top notch guys. RJ and Matt showed up in a timely matter and fixed my oven and have even called to check if the repair is still good. If you have appliances that may need a repair give them a call it may mean not having to buy a new one and could save you a few dollars.
