TINA is a freaking angel! Shes so personable it's like working with a friend to make your remodeling dreams come true, she was understanding, patient, creative and really just went above and beyond for us! Our remodel process before we were introduced to Tina by our new contractor was absolutely awful, but Tina is just so sweet and understanding. I have adhd and it can make BIG choices awful for me and she has been so amazing through it all, all my questions and minor changes she was helpful and explained it all throughly (which is RARE in this business now and days! 😭) My husband and I will definitely be coming back to work with MBS for future projects! Tina made my green kitchen dreams come true and I can't wait to update with pictures post install!!!!

Great customer service! My other review posted incomplete. So i'll wrap this up in a nut shell. I was involved with MBS through warranty parts , there was a mix up in communication between the Manufacture and MBS however the issues was quickly resolved before i left their building. It was a Friday when all this went down, i have parts in hand and its Tuesday. I will definitely turn to them in the further. The folks were polite, honest and communicated well. I get it things don't always go so smooth but as long as there is communication with integrity it makes things a little easier to work with.
