Not well done at all… They didn’t sweep well and didn’t mop the floors at all. They didn’t sweep corners or even underneath things that are very easily moved or accessible like a table and under the couch. The counters weren’t wiped down even a little bit. They left streaks on my glass shower. The only thing I see that was cleaned well is the microwave and the fridge. They also stated that they would bring all of their own cleaning supplies, but used multiple things from my house, including almost a whole entire roll of paper towels. Just overall not even worth it for the money and I would never hire them again. Now I have to clean up the mess that they made and the job they didn’t finish. Do not use!! This company does a very poor job. I was given an initial quote of $220-280 for a deep clean. This changed to $380 after they saw the house, which I agreed to because it was a very dirty house. Not anything disgusting, just very dirty. Karim told me his crew would do a deep clean of walls, baseboards, counters, and inside cupboards. I informed him he didn’t need to vacuum as the carpets were being replaced. Upon completion, the house still had many areas that were not clean. Upon asking about the dirty areas, the business owner told me they weren’t cleanable and they needed to be painted instead. Be cautious before booking. I scheduled a cleaning service and later canceled with reasonable notice, but they still tried to charge me the full amount—even though I was never informed of a cancellation policy, never signed anything, and nothing was mentioned at the time of booking. When I questioned it, they responded with intimidating messages and claimed they “win cases in court” over this. Very unprofessional. I would recommend confirming everything in writing before using their service. Edit after owner’s response: I stand by my review. Do NOT hire this company. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism that I've experienced from their owner Karim. The pictures I'm posting are from AFTER their visit. As you can see, there were still cobwebs, disgusting baseboards, grime on the fridge, and cabinets that he said that his team would clean, but obviously went completely untouched. I realize that the cleaning needed was extensive, and I told him that when he came to give us a quote. After bringing up my issues, Karim told me that "maybe I should find who made my house so dirty" When we were just moving in. Now that I've asked for a refund he threatened to sue me.

They said they did 5 hours of cleaning at my mother’s home. They didn’t do one thing. They lied. They are not trustworthy. YOU LIE! I CANCELED IT AFTER YOU WERE DISHONEST AND DIDNT SHOW UP, AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR 5 HOURS OF CLEANING. YOU LIE!!!
