Bryan and his team at modern concrete did a fantastic job on our front walkway, stoop, and patio. Bryan regularly kept in contact with me asking for my feedback, explaining certain decisions based on things that came up during the project, and let me know progress. The crew left the site clean once they were finished and was respectful of our property. Modern Hardscapes uses top of the line materials, offers fair pricing, and was a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely be repeat customers when it is time to do more hardscaping jobs on our home. Thank you agai !

Bryan and the team at Modern Hardscapes were phenomenal! They replaced our old, sunken porch and walkway, and the difference is night and day. He also installed a beautiful bead board ceiling on the porch.  What really set them apart was the communication. Unlike many contractors, Bryan is a proactive and attentive communicator who genuinely listened to our vision and worked with us to achieve it. His crew was professional, skilled, and delivered a high-quality finished product that we absolutely love. We had a patio installed and couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work and communication from start to finish. Bryan is amazing to work with! such a kind guy and great communicator. he kept us posted with updates, gave his input of what would work best and look best in our space, and came to visit/got to work so quickly. we are so impressed with his quality work and the knowledge he has to offer. our backyard looks so much better than before! we gave him our budget, he came in $1500 lower than another local contractor and was able to offer additional services that we had not even considered. we ended still within our budget and still $500 lower than a competitor getting so much more! we have already lined up some more projects to do with Bryan in the future.
