FROM the VEGAS GRIFTER FILES: I'm surprised by all the great reviews for this company & it's owner Robert. Okay. Maybe not. People get lucky sometimes. I called this "character" Robert who owns this company & spoke to him about troubleshooting an unusual electrical problem at my house. His rates seemed reasonable & he gave me a late appointment window for the next day & asked me to send him a text with my address info. Which I did. There was no acknowledgement that he received my text. The next day, late in the afternoon I sent him a text telling him I was sorry but I forgot his arrival window. After an hour without him texting a reply, I called him & it went to voice mail. I left a brief message. I tried another number for the business. No voice announcement. All I got was a beep. "Oh, I
