Jim Hughes went above and beyond for us. We wanted a particular flooring, but the color turned out to be much different than the sample. Jim went as far as ordering shipments from California for us of a different lot, and it was absolutely perfect. We are incredibly pleased with our floor, and really appreciate the time he took to get it right.

I've been using this company for about 2 years now and let me tell you, the customer service I receive here is far better than any other company I've ever dealt with. Our sales rep Mike always goes above and beyond to make sure our orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion, his dedication to make be the best in the business makes him a great part of this company. In my opinion the best salesman in the company period. The staff is extremely knowledgeable get us out quick and Rogelio is always looking for ways to help eus run smoothly and that's something you don't get anywhere else.
