We have had Modern Interiors do incredible work on numerous properties for us. They have totally renovated a 12k sqr foot house over the course of 18 months for our family, they have done refurbishing of rental properties we own and new construction as well. Darek, the owner is a skilled craftsman, who does much of the work himself. He also has a team of subcontractors that do extraordinary work in the trades: Tiling, Electrical and all aspects of construction. If you can get him to do your job, you will have the highest quality workmanship at the best price.
