First, Modern Pest has gone above and beyond to give us year round service for mice abatement and maintenance at our home in Maine. They are our partner in keeping our home safe. TODAY HOWEVER I WANT TO SAY HOW TERRIFIC JACOB OUR TECHNICIAN WAS TODAY. He walked through every station with me and shared results.BRAVO!!

Very impressed with Technician Casey who has been servicing our home for several months as we had ants over late summer and mice this winter. He is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I especially appreciate that he wears covers on his shoes in our home. Modern Pest is lucky to have Casey representing them! Casey is the utmost professional!!!

Both Ryan and Eric are great communicators- they leave messsges, return calls, listen carefully and clearly explain how they are going to address the problem. I am very impressed by both of them. They are tenacious and determined to resolve our issues using all expertise available.

Dennis was tremendous. Took the time to explain things and schedule a follow up. He also made his way into some back storage closets that aren’t easy to access. Dennis also used booties to ensure none of the salt / sand / snow was tracked through the house. Friendly, professional service.
