They were easy to work with, very knowledgeable (especially when it came to working with the insurance company), efficient, and, most importantly, our roof looks beautiful. After working with several contractors over the past few years getting much needed updates on our home I can't emphasize how thankful we were to find and work with this company. Modern Roof Co assessed the roof damage, estimated the cost, ordered the materials to be delivered, and applied for the permits in a county they usually didn't work. They started work when they promised and despite weather challenges, finished the roof, scheduled the final inspection (it passed) and left the property clean and in perfect condition.
