First off, I would like to say that I rarely post reviews but feel I had to do this because of the wonderful job that Ivan and his team did. I called Ivan and he came out to inspect our roof and unfortunately, our roof was in pretty bad shape (something as a homeowner you dread hearing). Despite the bad news, Ivan provided several options that included replacing our roof in two stages, keeping cost in mind. Not only did this give me what I needed to make an informed decision, but it really showed me how much Ivan stood out from other roofing companies I got quotes from. His knowledge and empathy really sealed the deal for me and his quotes were very reasonable. I ended up deciding to do my entire roof with Ivan and his team and have no regrets. I met with and talked to six different roofing companies. Andrew at Modern Roofing company came through as the most knowledgeable with the most hands on industry specific information. He knew so much more than all of the other people that it was very obvious that he knew what he was talking about. We got an excellent quote with excellent financing and we’re gonna sign with them soon. Recently had the switch to two stars due to lots of problems with the job. We’ll just have to see how things go if I’ll be able to add more stars.

Ivan and his team are the best! He is recommended to me by my realtor because I needed to replace my roof and Ivan and his team did a fantastic job! Ivan’s team showed up on time and they are very courteous. He sent me a team of 7 people to make sure we can get the job done in less than 2 days before the heavy rain starts to come. Not only did his team replace my roof, but they also replaced my old air vent and drip edge flashings. They use quality materials and clean up well after the project. They also made sure the gutter is clean and free of any debris. Ivan is fair, honest, responsive and his fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend Modern Roofing!
