Our roof had an area with several issues last October and Luis came out and promptly diagnosed the issues. He was very professional and informative, explaining each area of concern and taking pictures along the way. When it came time for repairs, I thought Modern Roofing & Restoration's pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of work that was done. Recently, with the larger storms, we had a small leak pop back up. Luis came out immediately to see what was going on. He performed a water test, free of charge (since we already had work done near the area), to find the issue. We spent over an hour watering the area to the find the leak. First of all, I want to thank Kennedy for the good work and how professional he answered my questions while making me comfortable, I was not caught on my best days and was extremely mad about the storm that had just happened which affected some areas but he was so nice and calm and sold the company with passion, he got on the roof and checked everywhere and assured me he could every damage fixed.
