Small business with exceptional service, as well as pricing. Used James Gaddy a year ago to remove an uprooted fallen tree -- due to excessive rainfall -- in rear lawn (over plants and up to patio wall). Always like to get at least two or three quotes on large jobs, especially not having needed or used tree service since moving to area. Miller Tree Service provided a second quote which was slightly higher but their timing was over 3 weeks away. Because tree was damaging grass and plants, the tree needed prompt removal, which did not concern Miller but Modern was willing to place this work ahead of less pressing jobs and did an outstanding job in one day. This summer, yet another tree is leaning and will soon fall as the root ball is partially out of the ground. Miller came first and
