I decided to speak with their technician, and they were kind enough to take a look at my own system, which had been struggling with cooling. It turned out that my unit was low on refrigerant (Freon). Their technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and explained the issue clearly. They were able to refill the refrigerant and get my system back to working condition quickly and efficiently. They drive like complete idiots, left lane camping, brake checking, you want this company in control of your HVAC needs?

I utilized Modern to repair equipment on my site. I paid for troubleshooting and repairs. On one equipment they did two repairs and neither fixed my issue. I asked for them to warranty their work and they refused. Definitely would not recommend.

Very pleased with the whole experience having my air conditioning unit replaced as well as duct work. I was first meet in a timely manner with the owner Mr. Peet who clearly spelled out the scope of the work and ordered the needed parts. Rich and Jim lead the team of workers who installed everything ahead of schedule and with a smile. Thank you for all of your help as I will be recommending Modern Controls for HVAC needs.
