Got here in the middle of the night. No phone number to call. No signs for truckers. Gate is padlocked. There’s a fence in the back lot. Not a good neighborhood but truck stops were full. Nowhere to park

I would highly recommend getting quotes before using Express Carpet. The salesperson lied through his teeth to get our business. He told my wife that there wouldn’t be much noise to install – not true. He said the carpet was high quality and the warranty was solid if we ran into any problems they would take care of us. We paid top dollar for probably the worse carpet we ever got installed. The warranty is useless, and the product is substandard. We were told Mohawk carpet was quality but apparently not. After 3 months our new carpet looks worse than the 20-year-old carpet it replaced. There were snags, traffic areas that were worn down with frayed fibers in almost every area that people walked on. We are going to have to spend more money replacing the garbage Express Flooring

They were nice and efficient

Bought carpet from home depot Mohawk installed it don’t ever let them do you floors they will not stand behind you I contacted them about carpet that was sticking out and they would not help me I will let everyone I know to never use them and I will never do anything with them again I will also go to the better business bureau and let them know as well the worst company ever let my mistake be your lesson not to spend money with them ever

Most unprofessional group of people ever! I bought and paid for 9k worth of flooring through them and waited a month for it to arrive. Then without a email/phone call or a single peep from them they sold the flooring to someone else 9 days later and just said oh sorry that was a computer glitch. Mind you this was our flooring we paid for sitting in their warehouse in Phoenix. Then they said " Well we can have the flooring you ordered on December 16th that arrived in our warehouse January 9th that we resold to someone else to you by Feb 3rd". Then they acted like I was some sort of criminal for being upset about it! They were the ones that made the mistake but made the (already paid) customer feel like I was inconveniencing them with my call and request.
