Unacceptable, especially for a company of this magnitude. Waiting 10 minutes in the lobby for the receptionist to end a personal call. Employees unable to communicate what material is on what order. Hope you can read the POS system and know their product codes. Otherwise you’ll be like me, being brought out more than can fit in your truck and no willingness to help me out. Another company that has adopted “the customer is an inconvenience” motto. I’m commercial and may be stuck dealing with them, but if you are in a position not to, I highly recommend finding any alternative. I get better service from 17 year olds at Floor and Decor.
