Mohegan Sun Riverview Parking Garage

Season ticket holder for Connecticut Sun games was there for opening night and parked top level handicapped parking and a truck parked diagonally in no parking area, my vehicle is brand new n whomever this vehicle belonged too, didn't care about my car, my car had scratch on side part of car by my door area where they pulled in at angle n up on curb paint matches plus there was no marks or anything on my vehicle prior to this night. I also waited for 45 minutes for security and the owner and no one showed. So I called again was told many people were parked like that on Tuesday night because of the status level of that game, all about Caitlyn Clark and Ying Yang twins being there was extra busy.. I don't think that is good enough for me...cars should have been towed throughout the game, not

Can be great or absolutely miserable. When this place is busy or raining then the garage is a nightmare. People are constantly almost hitting each other (both cars and people). There are a ton of people that invent parking spaces by just parking wherever they want without repercussions. When this place isn't busy then this is a great place to park.

Purchased a parking pass ahead of time for an event in the reserved section. When we arrived the section was not full but it was slightly full when we left. Not sure if it was worth the 30 dollars but we did not have to wait in line to enter and exit the garage. We did see other spots available to park in the garage.

Honestly just didn't love this parking garage. Very little signage. Someone came at us from the wrong direction and there was no one working in this garage that we saw. Another truck drove past us and somehow got tangled up in some chain / barrier equipment and it snapped as he drove by. There is no one to monitor these things?? There is no one to pick up broken barrier equipment so others can get caught in it? Seriously I've never seen so much go wrong in one parking garage in such a small span of time ever in my life.

Easy parking. Only place I park when I go to Mohegan.
