I am a realtor working on behalf of my buyer client to source quotes for repairs. Carlos has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable about his scope of work. I appreciate his honesty in not trying to upsell me on a sump pump because I recieved quotes from multiple crawlspace companies and called to inquire further about this. Had a great experience with Moisture Lock. They installed Helical Piers and re-encapsulated my crawlspace. Jerry was an absolute powerhouse for installing the piers. His knowledge and skills are off the chart. The crawlspace work was great as well - Moisture Lock came in a fixed a botched job that was done by Carolina Crawlspace Pros who are now out of business. Everything is in good order now and these guys did a really great job.

I had three companies come out to give me estimates for encapsulation of my crawlspace. The MoistureLoc representative spent more than an hour completing the inspection/assessment of my property. Everyone I worked with at MoistureLoc was amazing. Carlos came out and explained the whole process. He was very detailed and professional. He provided a rendering and details on all the steps / products. Greg kept me up to date on when the team would be arriving. He even worked around my schedule. James kept us up to date on the progress and his team did a great job preforming the work. Everything was done with care. We can tell a HUGE difference in our house. The humidity went from 90% to 55% (or less) in our house. Having our crawlspace encapsulated has been living changing.
