MoJo Demolition & Excavation

We used Mojo Hauling to demolish the existing house on a lot we recently purchased in Treasure Island, FL. The owner, Joe Burns, quoted us a fair price and guaranteed the work would be performed expeditiously, professionally and completely. He was true to his every word. The demolition took three days. When his work crew completed the demolition and removal of all debris, the lot was left in perfect condition as guaranteed by Joe upfront. It is ready for the builder to move in and begin construction, with the lot graded and existing sewer connect and water line well marked and stubbed out. Mojo Hauling is the real deal. They did some demo and dirt work for me at my house and the work performed was flawless. From the second I started communicating with the owner Joe he told me exactly what he would do and while performing the work it 100% what he said. From The first phone call to giving them a deposit to finishing the work Joe was extremely patient, Always followed up and I never felt pressured to move the project along faster or anything. OMG! If you need demolition and clearing of a lot, call Joe! Hands down, 100% best company to get the job done with zero issues. He and his team knocked down our place and got our lot ready to build in 1 week. He got all the permits and approvals and it was a very smooth process.
