July 22nd the roofing crew showed up annd began removing our old roof at 6:15 a.m. These are very hard working men. They finished up by dark and cleaned up after themselves. We are pleased with our new roof. The Nicholsons.

Molandes roofing completed my roof in just 1.5 days. They tore off old roof, and installed new roof, installed step flashing and counter flashing on chimneys, replaced rotten decking, installed ridge vents and all roof vent caps and painted everything to match roof, and installed new custom made chimney cap and cleaned up every last nail and piece of trash. I was impressed with Chad’s crew and their professionalism. We have had two good rains and no leaks!

Quality Job, clean up great! Tore off old, replaced bad decking, repaired leak at skylight, installed new roof and 4 additional roof vents plus replacing the 6 original and painted everything up top to match new roof! All in one day! Cost well below what I expected. Chad, you and the crew did a Great Job!

Donald Molandes worked very diligently with my insurance agent and adjustors to ensure the damage to my roof was assessed correctly. My roof was replaced due to significant hail damage. His crew did a great job and he also replaced my old gutters with new seamless gutters. He was always available for any of my questions or concerns. I would recommend his company without hesitation.
