Chad came out even during a snowstorm to evaluate our issue. We had scheduled a mold air quality test initially, but instead of taking our money he nicely explained that there was no actual issue therefore the test was unneeded. We had a roof leak in our church that created black mold in a classroom. Mold Busters did an excellent job of treatment and remediation. The area was left clean and ready to be restored. I would definitely use them again.

They came out for an inspection and quoted us a very large amount of money; let them know at that time that we will consider after getting quotes from other companies and would reach back out, multiple weeks go by no call, text or email and a worker comes out to the house when no one is home and is going around the house unannounced. Spoke to the man on my ring doorbell and let him know we did not request or pay for the services and he seemed irritated. I think it is very unprofessional to send workers to a home without an appointment or even a voice mail letting us know someone would be there.
