Gretchen and Frances have been such a blessing throughout a massive mold remediation project in multiple areas of our home. We started with an overall ERMI test of our home and upon getting our results I was shocked and didn’t know where to go next. By far the best money we’ve spent was having them come to our home. We were incredibly grateful to have Gretchen and Frances from Mold Dog of MA out to inspect both our home and RV yesterday. While it was tough to learn they uncovered several additional areas of concern in the house (😩), the real shock came when Frances detected mold in our camper—the very place we’ve been using as our “safe” space. Highly recommend Gretchen and Frances. Gretchen is so kind and patient. She listened and addressed all of my concerns. We initially requested her to come to assess an area of our basement but upon inspection, she pointed out other areas of our home that required some attention, including a leak in the ceiling of our garage and our HVAC system which was serviced and cleaned just last year.
