Mold Remediation Pros provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They charged me a lot for a poorly done job, leaving visible mold behind. Their staff was rude and dismissive when I requested a follow-up, and they never showed up for the appointment they scheduled. I had to hire another company to fix their mistakes. Don’t trust them with your mold problems.

Had some mold appear near the ceiling in our hallway. Patrick came out and inspected the situation, said it wasn't too bad, instructed me how to clean it and how to insulate the attic stairs (the source of heat that was allowing the mold to grow in the first place). He said to call if it comes back after trying that. So far it looks like it has worked. Didn't even charge me a visit fee or anything.

Professional and honest! Highly recommend and would definitely use them again if ever needed!
