I highly recommend Donovan and Mold Shark. He was professional, informative, and attentive. Having never been through the need for a service like his I had many questions and concerns and he took the time to walk me through everything and give his advice. I hope I never need his service again but if I do I wouldn't want or trust anyone else.

Donovan is great! He's knowledgeable, responsive and lets you know if he's running late (I was beginning to think people didn't do that anymore). And, since he can't legally fix any mold problem, he has no vested interest in "finding" one. I consider myself a pretty picky consumer, but I was 100% satisfied with my Mold Shark experience.

Donovan was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and delivered the report promptly. He answered all of my questions with detail and compassion. For as scary as a mold situation is, he was a comforting presence.
