The overall experience was great, they were on time and got right to work. They were very communicative with the result. When they finished I received a call that explained that I would need to fix the insulation to guarantee their work so that was helpful. However, when I got my insulation quote they told me Mold Eaters installed the incorrect vent for the type of roof I have. They installed vaulted vents when I needed a different kind, so it was set up to properly vent. It’s an easy fix for my insulation team, but FYI.

Very satisfied with MoldEaters efforts from first inspection of the situation to analyzing the growth sample to coming up with an abatement approach. During it all, MoldEaters was attentive to working with my tight schedule and coordinating with a demo contractor to remove and prevent the return of a pesky fungus originating in my crawl space that had found a growth path into the flooring above. I bought an old clunker house that needed a lot of work, and MoldEaters has been fantastic every time! Mold stresses me out, and every time they've finished work, I immediately felt comfortable in the space again (including my bathroom shower and my kitchen sink). And the work held up! I've never had to have anything redone by them (they use some kind of mold resistant paint). The experience with the techs is always good, AND my new favorite thing is that they took progress photos during the work! Super helpful to pass on to my plumber. Five stars!

Very easy and efficient company to work with. Their initial consult determined the appropriate area to remove and laid out the process. The inspector also gave me additional info and checked other spots for water presence. The job was completed in one morning and they cleaned up everything, leaving the room safe.
