My only complaint is WHY DIDN'T WE DO THIS SOONER !!?!?! Especially with one of my kids having allergy issues, hearing Chuck tell us about the mold in our system was pretty jarring and to think we've been in this house 21 years and never had our ducts cleaned. Impressed at how responsive they were. My gf and I smelled something moldy around the house. As we worked our nostrils on overtime, we realized the smell was coming from the vents.
