Molly Maid of Central Prince George's County

The maids took care of our home as though it was their own. My husband an I are seniors and I’m unable to clean due to two major spinal surgeries. This was my first cleaning so it took 3 1/2 hours. I’ve should’ve taken some before pictures because what they did for us was superb. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Molly Maid and Mr. E Williams.

I love Molly Maid house cleaning service. We have used their services for over 2yrs. They are always efficient in cleaning. My experience with them showing up on time has been excellent. They always contact me to let me know their arrival time. I can always count on their employees to do a thorough cleaning. The place is immaculate when they finish! I highly recommend using Molly Maid. They are the best!

I had a very upsetting experience with Molly Maids and would not recommend their services. After a scheduled cleaning, I discovered multiple items missing from my home. These included a vacuum and a welcome package provided to new tenants, unopened bottles of expensive liquor from out of the country, designer cologne, along with other household items. The total value of the missing items was over $800. These items were present before the cleaners arrived and were gone afterward. No one else had access to my unit during that time. I contacted the company to report what happened, but the situation was not handled in a way that gave me confidence or peace of mind. August, 2024 - My experience with Molly Maids of Prince George’s County was nothing short of disappointing. When I first spoke with them, they quoted me 2 hours with a max of 3 at $120/hr and said promised to arrive between 11-2 pm, which was fine since I wasn’t having them clean the whole house. To be precise, they were supposed to clean 2 bedrooms (one only needed vacuuming and dusting of nightstands), 2 full bathrooms (one of which was cleaned the week prior, including the baseboards), 1 half bathroom, the kitchen, living room, dining room, and vacuum the basement. Not only did they arrive 40 minutes late, but they also brought 2 people and took nearly 4 hours to clean my house. The arrived at 2:40pm and left at 6:25pm. My first time ever reviewing something on Google, and maybe my only time ever doing this! Making an exception and writing a review for Molly Maid because they did such a great job. I hired them to do a deep clean for friends who are expecting a baby. My friends were thrilled by the care and service of the team. Everyone I dealt with was a delight.
