Tyleshia, Vivian and Catlynn were amazing for my first Molly Maid clean ... Fast and super efficient,with my floors, bathrooms and kitchen sparkling clean. I highly recommend Molly Maid of Columbus East and this team in particular! I'll be scheduling again soon!

This was my first cleaning with the company - a deep cleaning before Thanksgiving. The two girls were prompt, polite and did an excellent job. They were easy to talk to and very willing to listen to any requests that I had. I am looking forward to continuing with this service and these two employees, Brittany and Canis, on a every two week regular schedule.

Pretty disappointing overall experience with Molly Maid as a first time customer. We understand results can be cleaner dependent, but based on our experience we cannot recommend them. I will refrain from using cleaner names out of respect for them. One of the cleaners did a pretty good job. Among the issues we had to deal with were one cleaner being on the phone for several hours until we called and asked for it to be addressed, having to ask several times for big pieces of furniture be dusted for a deep clean, finding lackluster cleaning elsewhere all throughout the upstairs of the house. We understand that you can ask for things to be fixed, but when one worker is not thorough and we keep finding things it is very hard to continue bringing up issues face to face with a cleaner as it is

Mailyn and Clara did a great job on my house! They were very friendly and efficient for what I needed. Definitely worth the fair prices they offer.
