I would strongly advise against using this company. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the cleaning itself was subpar—there was still dirt on the floors, dust on the countertops, and even toenails left in the bathroom. This is after people were supposedly supposed to vacuum and mop. Honestly, I feel like my 13-year-old could’ve done a better job. On top of the poor cleaning, I was misrepresented about the service. I was told two people would come at $50/hour, but three showed up, and I ended up being charged more than promised. I planned and budgeted carefully, but they charged $200 instead of the $175 on the written invoice. Checking my security footage also revealed discrepancies between the time they were actually here and the time they charged for.

The MM cleaning crew did a very thorough cleaning of my home; we are extremely pleased by the attention to detail and the extras they contributed. We will continue to use MM and highly recommend this company.
