Megan and Ashley were on time, called me when they were on their way, and were very detailed and thorough cleaning my home! They were so friendly and kind and my home has never been cleaner, honestly. I am very pleased with the service I received from Molly Maid and will be scheduling our next clean with them.

I use this service weekly for my home, and my "cleaning days" are my favorite days of the week. I work from home, so I get to interact with the team when they arrive -- everyone is so friendly, kind, and accommodating. My house is sparkling when they leave. I have been a regular customer for years, all due to the professionalism and care of the team.

I called one week in advance to book Cleaning Services for the first time ever. I have never utilized Cleaning Services before and needed to get my home cleaned for pictures to be taken to sell my home. The company arrived and she asked me if this was a move out clean. I answered when I scheduled the cleaning, I was scheduling to have my home cleaned so Photos could be taken to sale my home. The lady said oh OK. One of the ladies said they were gonna go outside and get their things to start services. It was taking quite some time and then my cell phone rang and it was the cleaning company. The lady said they could not do services as the cleaning service That was scheduled was for a move out clean. I explained when I called and set up the service that is what was recommended for what I need

Colleen and Ashley did a deep clean and it was truly deep. The service was thorough and hit all of the hard to clean places. You have to be realistic about what can get done in these cleaning services. Molly Maid got it all done and even brought back to life our stained shower glass. Excellent overall.

I really wanted to like this cleaning service, but my experience was disappointing. Teresa was great — friendly, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, the other lady, Ashley, completely ruined the visit. She rolled her eyes multiple times, acted like she didn’t want to be there, and even hit her vape inside my house, which is extremely unprofessional. Her customer service was terrible and made the whole appointment uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I expected basic respect and professionalism. I won’t be using this company again unless they make serious changes to their staff and training.
