Molly Maid of Greater Wichita

These must be fake reviews, as my experience was anything but good. A team of 3 cleaners stopped by my home on Saturday to clean a little under 1,000 sqft (a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and basement). After the maids left, I came home to find multiple areas had been missed and overlooked. The ceiling fan still had dust build up on the blades, the chandelier in the dining room had dust and cobwebs on it, my glass sconces in the dining room had not been touched and were dusty, the windows were streaked, the baseboards were completely overlooked and still had dust, the window seals still had paw prints, dust and hair from my pets, essentially, it looked and felt like the cleaners had arrived, wiped down the countertops and appliances and vacuumed/mopped. We’ve been very happy with our Molly Maid service! They are prompt and make our house look great. It is always so relaxing to come home to a clean house. I’ve been using Molly made of Wichita for a while now, and I absolutely love the team that comes to my home. Ashley, Jess, Jaden are wonderful. They are thorough, consistent, and really easy to work with. I appreciate that Molly made accommodate my request for a specific team and they’re always flexible with how I like things cleaned. They make sure every detail is taken care of and always check that I’m satisfied before they wrap up. I also love that they don’t use harsh chemicals, which is important to me since I have a dog. Also, Shout out to Maddie for keeping me in the loop – she now lets me know the team’s arrival window without me even having to ask. Great and personable service!
