Molly Maid was outstanding today. I needed a deep house clean and some ongoing support in my home. At first I felt embarrassed that I couldn't do it mysrlf. The ladies who came were very kind and professional. They worked a long time to do what needed to be done from the ceiling to the nitty gritty of the baseboards. It felt wonderful to walk around in such a clean space again.

We use Molly Maids for our office. The crew is always on top of it and does a fantastic job. Carolyn and Kiersten are great! The front office team is wonderful as well any time I have questions.

I Booked a 3 hour cleaning service on an empty house so it would be pretty before selling. I paid 350 dollars and she called to tell me that I would have to pay another 300-400 dollars bc after four hours she had only completed 2 rooms and half the kitchen. It asks you how big your home is online when they charge you and the house is EMPTY. Honestly so rude and disappointing.

Melissa and Kayla always do a great job cleaning our house once a month. There is one room in our house we told them that they did not have to clean because it is usually cluttered, but they go above and beyond and will vacuum it for us! It is so nice coming home to a clean house once a month. We have two fluffy dogs who shed a TON, and keeping up with their shedding is a losing battle, but Kayla and Melissa get up virtually all of the dog hair. They also give our pups dog treats when they visit! We do our best to try and clear off surfaces before they come so that they can spend their time focusing on what they do best.
