Molly Maid of Huntsville, Decatur and Athens

The ladies actually arrived early, and were ready to get busy cleaning. They did a great job! Not only did I come home to a beautifully clean house, but they insisted I leave my eight-year-old black lab there with them during the clean. I even received a photo at work of my dog chilling with them. I’m not sure about pricing, I was a bit surprised when I was originally quoted, especially the recurring costs for weekly, biweekly, and monthly. However, I rate them an A+ on the job they did cleaning.

I've been using Molly Maid for several months now. I haven't been totally happy with the service, but this week was ridiculous. They didn't sweep in the kitchen or the bathrooms, they put the sheets on the bed sideways, they said they cleaned the ceiling fan but they did not, nor did they replace the kitchen garbage bag (which is typically included in the service). All of this, and the team still had the audacity to ask for a tip. Jaclyn and Sierenna did a poor job and I do not want them in my house again.

I’ve had Molly Maid services for over a year and have had consistently good results! Fernanda is excellent and with her team members Andrea and Daniela this week, my house is spotless. Thank you ladies!!

I’ve been using Molly Maid for a few months now, and it’s helpful that they’re able to clean my home because of my schedule. My home is clean and neat. Thank you for allowing me to spend my time on my other obligations. Rachel and Kaitlin did a wonderful job.
