Molly Maid of Kalamazoo / Portage

This is my second time using Molly Maid. This time was just for a cleaning (last time was a move out cleaning). It was a great reset for me during a time that’s very busy and stressful. The staff was very kind and professional. Someone who I believe may have been a supervisor even came out to check their work. Definitely will use again.

Amazing I had my first visit of the initial deep clean. Kahla and Kris did an amazing job.I signed up for my main floor only which is about 1800 square feet. They never went on their phone or even ate lunch. Never even saw them use the bathroom. They cleaned every minute. I followed them around so I could learn from them. They were patient with me doing that. My house has never been this clean when I do it.Their products gave my house a real shine. When they left a feeling went through me that was wonderful. A positive feeling I have never felt before and my thoughts were “ I feel like the world has been lifted off my shoulders” We definitely plan to move ahead with the service.

I have been a client àbout 7 months and have recentĺy had to transition to s new company. The people that that I worked with were very kind. The problem began from my fìrst cleaning. They had to do a "deep cĺean" (and I would recommend you not go down thið road) which is a reason to charge you more foŕ what a cleanìng should include anyway and that was the cŕùx of why I ĺeft. The staff never compĺeted a real cleanìng; I never really got what I wanted. From the begining, I never had all the baskets emptied or cleaned thè basket out. Ì even had to put up signs where one particular basķet was so they would EMPTY it- not talking "clean ìt" by wiping it out leaving an empty bag inside, then putting in the basket.
