Extremely Disappointing Experience This was honestly the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had. We booked a deep spring cleaning. The service was supposed to include moving items and dishes, cleaning inside drawers and cabinets, cleaning under cabinets, dusting thoroughly, cleaning baseboards, doors, door handles, light switches, windowsills, walls (where marks could easily be removed), vacuuming rugs, cleaning the pantry, and properly making the beds. None of that was done properly. Before the cleaning, the person in charge who came to assess the home was very friendly and reassuring. She explained that everything would be covered, emphasized that deep spring cleaning was their specialty, and made it sound like all of these items would be handled without issue. The team was incredibly thorough and complete—I was honestly blown away by how wonderful my home looked afterward. Aarya, Sayra, and Wendy did an outstanding job and paid attention to every detail. The whole process was so easy, from the online booking through the website to the day of the clean. The ladies were professional, kind, and efficient.
