Molly Maid of Missouri City and W. Fort Bend

I am pleasantly impressed with Molly Maid services. We’re new to the area and tried another provider and was skeptical about giving cleaning services another chance but glad we tried this company. The providers were profesional and informative. My home looks, smells and feels clean, refreshed and good. We are looking forward to our next cleaning!

*UPDATED* Was quoted $150-$170 to have my brand new house cleaned bi-weekly. They showed up for first cleaning took about an hour and a half. My card that they already had on file was charged $360! More than double what I was quoted. If they would have given me that price up front I would have not even used them. Shady to say the least. I was contacted and they apologized for the confusion. I was charged for a special occasion cleaning instead of bi weekly. They offered a partial refund or credit towards next cleaning. Great customer service.

The cleaning was very good! I had a rust stain on the floor from a plant stand and the maids said the stain couldn’t come out. After they left, I used good old comet cleaner and a scouring pad and the rust stain came right off. The floor boards needed 2 be re-wiped over again.Beside those 2 things the cleaning was very good!

First and last time using this company. The maids were pleasant; however, they showed up 2 hours late. They did not clean all that was agreed upon. What was ‘cleaned’ was not done well. I expected more from a professional service. They did not follow up after the ‘service’ was complete to confirm the job was done well. Based on my experience, I recommend people looking for professional cleaning services avoid this company.
