Communication is great with Molly Maids and they are willing to accommodate your requests. Both of the women cleaning our house were committed to doing their best and it showed. Great job and very pleased with results.

We booked a pre-move-in cleaning for 3 hours and communicated through phone on the cleaning priorities and areas to focus on. Here are the reasons why I don’t recommend them: 1. The first thing that the two cleaning women asked when they arrive is: “where should we clean?” And I was like excuse me? We already mentioned that through phone, didn’t they give you the list? 2. One of the cabinet still has spider web. First floor family room cleaning left a lot to be desired. I can easily see dust and spider web without needing to move the sofa and moving boxes that’s already in there. Not to mention the garage, there’s no signs of cleaning whatsoever. 3. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!! Very unprofessional, all the one star reviews are very accurate!! We had scheduled this company to come deep clean our house the cleaning that was done was fine but they charged way over the cleaning time that took place. They had originally quoted $150 per hour for cleaning. Two cleaners arrived at the house at 9am and roughly started to wrap up at 12:30pm, a superviser named Blanca arrived around 12:45 and asked me to walkthrough the house with her to make sure the house was actually cleaned, after walking through the house with her which ended around 1:30pm she asked me if I was satisfied with the cleaning and I said yes, she then handed me over a paper she called it a questionnaire which had questions about the satisfaction of each service and
