We went over my work order, inspected the home prior to cleaning and they got to it. 2 hours later, my house was spotless. I interviewed other independent house cleaners and felt i was being taken advantage of, but with Molly Maids the proposal was accurate, professional. The two ladies who arrived didnt speak English and i suggest they have the translation app on their phones for better communication. However they were polite, friendly, hard working and I would use them again without hesitation.

Excellent! When I came into Dana's house this morning, everything looked clean, clean, clean. They did the lenae, they did the windows. They made little flourish on top of the Kleenex boxes, which is so cute. I just love everything they've done. And I want to tell you something. I was a housekeeper for 35 years. And this is excellent work.

We reached out to Molly Maid for a quote and were blown away by how quickly they responded. The owner Joe came and quoted the job, I was not expecting that at all which was a really nice touch. They said they could have a crew out next day and the very next day they had Team 4 at our house ready to go! Team 4 is with Carmen and Yenni, and I cannot say enough good things about them. From the moment they arrived they were kind, professional, and so easy to work with. They cleaned our entire house from top to bottom and the results were unbelievable. Every room was spotless, every surface was shining, and it felt like a completely refreshed home.
