Molly Maid of Treasure Coast and South Brevard

I hired Molly Maid of the Treasure Coast for a pre-holiday party cleaning and paid over $400, expecting professional-quality service. Unfortunately, Team 13 did not meet that standard. The overall cleaning felt like something my 13-year-old could have done. My daughter’s bed wasn’t made correctly (I have photos), her rug wasn’t vacuumed, and dusty areas on the doors were left untouched. They loaded dishes into the dishwasher but didn’t check—they came out still dirty. They didn’t take out the recycling or replace the trash bag. Worst of all, they took clean sheets off my mattress and replaced them with a folded quilt and blanket from my couch that were visibly dirty. As I reviewed my Ring camera footage, I even noticed one of the cleaners leaning over my kitchen island on her phone inste

Today was the first time I had the company come in. They came at 2 o’clock. I will highly recommend team 16. I requested them because of their reviews Aileb, Shakira and Matilde Were amazing. Did an incredible job. Thank you so much. Look forward to seeing you in two weeks.

Maggie and Pricilla were very personable, polite and thorough during our first cleaning, which was a deep clean. Great team. Unfortunately whoever is in charge of scheduling can’t seem to keep our team, day and time as we requested. They schedule “whenever and whoever”. They need to keep with the agreed upon request as we have schedules too. I will update if anything changes. UPDATE: After talking with their scheduler she agreed with me and said scheduling got mixed up. She has confirmed that the same team will be cleaning our home on the same schedule we requested. They are still a great company and I do recommend them.

This was the first time we used Molly Maid to clean our house. I was very pleased with scheduling the initial service and how quickly they were able to come out. The team was super friendly and my house never looked or smelt better. They did such a great job and I look forward to my next cleaning and many more.
