Molly Maid of Wilmington

I had Molly Maids here today. My house was not especially dirty but super dusty and dust bunnies galore. Not surprising for two bachelors (LOL). They were super good - crew of 3 - very fast and efficient. They dusted multiple times because so much dust in the air it "resettled" and they would dust again. I wonder why I waited so long. Also - the prices were very reasonable.

I went on Molly Maid’s website simply to inquire about a cleaning and somehow ended up being sent an invoice for a service I never scheduled or approved. The most frustrating part was trying to resolve it — it was surprisingly difficult to get in touch with an actual human to confirm that I did not want the cleaning. The whole process felt automated and pushy rather than customer-friendly. If you’re just looking for information or a quote, be very careful, because it seems easy to get charged without clear consent. Disappointing experience overall.

We’ve been using Molly Maid for a few months now and really like the ladies from Team 8! They’re always on time, super friendly, and do a great job. They work quickly but still manage to be really thorough and they’re always in a good mood. They’re also so sweet to my cat, who’s always curious about what they’re doing. We went with Molly Maid because they’re licensed and bonded, and it’s been a great experience so far.

Rosalia &Adriana (team8) did an awesome job! Everything smells fabulous- even my teen (who wanted no one in her room) is loving how fresh & tidy❣️

They were very thorough and my old apartment looked like a brand new one when they finished!! Definitely will hire again!! 💯
