Steve and his team did a great job on my kitchen remodel. Sergio & Frank were respectful and did clean, quality work. Steve made sure to take care of any questions or concerns that I had. From the demo phase, to installing cabinets, granite & plumbing, the process went smoothly. This is my first time going thru a kitchen remodel and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The kitchen looks great and I will be going back to these guys for more work in the future!

I cannot recommend Monarch Bay Renovations enough! We met with a lot of companies to install our new floors and no one compared to the customer service and pricing. Steve was always very responsive and flexible to work with. Even when we had some asks after the project was complete, he didn’t hesitate to help. We had a great experience!!

Update: In the review that I posted last year for Monarch Bay Renovations (see below), I said that I would rehire this company to renovate my husband's and my master suite bathroom when the time came. Well, we just completed that renovation this month, and as I stated before, we rehired Monarch Bay. We did not contact any other companies for estimates, because we knew the quality of Monarch Bay's workmanship and reasonable cost. We felt no need to go elsewhere. Once again, Monarch Bay did an incredible job with the complete renovation of our master suite bathroom. All the old fixtures, cabinets, tub, shower, toilet, walls and flooring were removed. Steven and his team recently completed a 3 level renovation of my newly purchased home. Throughout the process they took time to ensure my vision could be made possible and within budget while keeping quality.
