Monarch Marble & Granite

We just got our new countertops at our home, and Monarch knocked it out of the park. My wife and I knew nothing, and they took time to explain the pros and cons of each product they offered. They were priced competitively, and their customer service was second to none. From beginning to end, the service and communication were great. I would and will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

My wife and I were under a time crunch to find and install either a quartz or granite countertop in our Montana residence. We stopped by Monarch Marble and Granite to look at their selection and ended up finding a slab of granite that met our design needs. Brooke was very attentive and quickly put us in the queue for kitchen measurement and installation. We did experience a slight sink cutout miscalculation but I'm well aware that mistakes do happen. We were actually one kitchen upper cabinet short due to a miscalculation at our cabinet supplier, but its nothing to get upset about! I actually felt bad for the crew in this instance because they are the ones who had to carry that heavy granite slab around. We are building a new home. Monarch just provided the counters for our kitchen, laundry, bar, 5 bathrooms - the works. They are gorgeous - my picture doesn't do them justice. I was so pleased on how competitive they were in price - so much less than the same product from another vendor just around the corner. When we came on a time crunch so others could do their work, Brooke came through for our install and they did it in one day ! We have had a lot of subs and vendors on this build . . . Monarch is at the top of the list !

Monarch was wonderful to work with and we are very happy with our new countertops. When we first walked into the show room we were met with happy people that were not at all pushy. When we dropped off our last check we met the owner and he was wonderful. It is always nice to meet great people and receive a great product!

Great service and prices! We had been looking for a remnant piece of granite for our 1/2 bathroom. We had been to several other granite places and couldn’t find what we were looking for. Monarch granite had a good selection and affordable prices. We were able to go there and preview where the sink was going to be cut out. They were very patient with us 😁 When we decide to put in new countertops In the kitchen, we will be back!
