Monarch Roofing

I had to have my roof replaced even though it was only 7 years old. We started developing leaks in the roof and staining the ceiling. I called Monarch Roofing to see if I could get someone out to stop the leaks. It was raining very hard that day and they sent Nick and John out right away to inspect the roof. Nick and John after spending time on the roof in the rain came down with video of there inspection. Nick and John went over everything they seen and told us of many areas that need repairs. After everything they recommended getting a new roof due to the damage we had. They went over each plan they had and prices the the plans. We are so happy with our new roof. The work Monarch staff and crew did was amazing. We worked with Fernando who inspected our roof. We are in a fairly new home but there were some concerns we had. Fernando found our concerns and showed us other areas that needed attention. Abby set up the delivery of the materials and Zack our Project Manager made sure we knew what was going on throughout the installation. The quality and workmanship is worth every penny as well as the peace of mind we now have. Thanks again Monarch.

I am giving this company 2 stars because parts of my experience were good, but the issues I encountered, especially with communication and refund handling, were significant enough to prevent a higher rating. My initial appointment with Jacob went very well, and every interaction I had with Abby was professional, responsive, and helpful. Abby consistently tried to assist and follow up, and I appreciated her efforts. Unfortunately, my experience with the project manager, Justice, was disappointing. He handled our communication through text messages. I believe I only spoke twice with him in person and the first was to introduce himself. I specifically asked him to speak with me before leaving for the day to explain a photo regarding bracing and to clarify what the issue was. He did not take t

Monarch has an excellent team. I’m very happy with my new roof and their customer service. A big shout out though for Austyn Bostwick! He inspected my newly installed chimney cap and spark arrestor today. I was having cold air coming from my fireplace. He was professional listened to my concerns and found the problem. It was an opening in my fireplace that needs to be sealed. Austyn took pictures and shared them with me so I would have them for the repair work. Austyn then went up on my roof and took pictures to show that all was well with my new roof and chimney cap. It’s nice when you have someone that listens and addresses your concern with an answer! I definitely would recommend Monarch and the professionals that work for them. 😊
