Bruce Long has been an outstanding example of the kind of service customers truly hope for when dealing with a roof leak. My roof has several very steep pitch angles, yet he took the time to carefully climb up, conduct a thorough inspection, and provide detailed videos of each issue he identified. He walked me through everything he found and discussed, in depth, the different options available to resolve the problems. Throughout the entire process, he remained professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. I’m confident I will be extremely pleased with the outcome of these repairs.
