We had called the emergency line one evening this past week since our AC had quit working on one of the hottest days of the week. The son of the owner had come out and there were no issues with him and he was very nice and willing to help us in a time of need. However, the owner John Morrison does not have customer service skill whatsoever. We went to pay our bill in the office and he had gotten a hateful tone when asking to pay our bill and made a comment "what do you want me to do about it" instead of simply looking for our bill in the system. When leaving I made a comment about how they could simply be nicer and the secretary looked at me and said "well we have had a bad day honey so don't start with me" in a condensing tone. This is not the first time that we have had issues like this

The owner John Morrison is a very condescending person. My landlord uses him, so I can’t necessarily make a change in who comes to work on my AC. I called to ask him to check on my return vent leaking water from it, after he had replaced my AC unit and fixed the other parts in the attic. From prior experience in my parents’ house, the condensation pipe is possibly blocked and the catch tray is overflowing through my return vent. Mr. Morrison came by from my call and didn’t even attempt to check on what was going on, instead wanted to speak to me with a condescending tone as if I were mentally incompetent. When he could have just checked to make sure everything was ok. He left without checking anything and making me feel angry for such disrespect he gave me as a customer, much less a human

Furnace wasn't running they came out and got it going again😀 They were very nice and respectful to my animals, and that wouldn't leave the alone, lol recommend them if need some heating and air problems.

I have used them several times for a new unit install in an existing building and used them a couple times for repairs. John does what he says and when he says it and sticks to his price which is a fair price. Great work and they stand behind it.

Always showed up when they were supposed to got everything done super fast and were very pleasant to work with.
