After taking to Walter about our options, we decided to upgrade to a whole house water filtration system and a tankless water heater. I purchased a bidet toilet and planned a DIY install. Turns out the toilet flange was higher than normal and the toilet did sit properly. I called for an appointment and Sergio was on time, identified himself and was very courteous. Sergio analyzed the situation, determined a fair price for the service and he got started immediately. Sergio needed to cut the PVC pipe to accommodate a new flange. He completed the project, cleaned up the area and tested the bidet to make certain it operated properly. Walter the technician came in and assessed the sink, i purchased my own faucet and they were able to install it within 25 minutes of processing. No leaks, full transparency, and a reasonable prize.
